Measurement principle

Traditional ranging: Traditional methods typically use rulers, measuring instruments, or angle measurements to calculate distance.
Laser ranging: It uses the time difference between the emission and reception of a laser beam to calculate distance. The laser device emits a pulsed green beam laser and determines the distance of the target object by measuring the time it takes for the laser to travel from launch to return.
