Why does our digital distance measurer use green light?
Multiple Measurement Green Laser Distance Meter can cure eyes. The absorption and reflection of light by different colors are different. Red reflects 67% of light, yellow 65%, green 47%, and cyan only 36%. Because red and yellow reflect light strongly, they are easy to produce dazzling light. Both cyan and green absorb and reflect light moderately, so they are suitable for the nervous system, cerebral cortex and retinal tissue in the eyes.
Green light laser can process some materials with high hardness and brittleness due to its advantages of high brightness, small focus spot, short action time, small heat affected zone, and no large deformation of workpiece due to processing, which shows its unique advantages in precision processing.
